UPlugPayUPlugPayUPlugPay respects your privacy. The app is designed to provide EV charging estimates while keeping your saved vehicle and charger information on your device.
UPlugPay does not require an account and does not sell personal data. Vehicle settings, custom prices, charger presets, and app preferences are stored locally on your device.
Location permission is optional. It is used only when you enable nearby charger discovery so the app can help find charging stations around you. You can use the core charging calculator and trip estimator without granting location access.
If the app offers vehicle appearance customization, photo access is requested only when you choose to select an image. Photos are not uploaded by UPlugPay.
Internet access may be used for charger discovery or map-related information when enabled. Manual charging calculations, saved vehicle details, and saved prices can be used without an account.
UPlugPay is not designed to knowingly collect personal data from children.
